Would be nice if this place could be open when advertised.. not open again today at 830 am.. not the 1st time.. this is a waste of my money I am paying
Bulbs are old! Bulbs burnt out! Person signing us up for tanning package failed to tell us you have to have 1 month taken out of our account before you can cancel. Charged me $140.38. Called customer service and was told 24 to 48 hours for callback by district manager. t’s been 72 hours and no call back. Spent over 9 minutes on hold yesterday.
I have tanned with Sun Tan City for around 10 years. Never had a problem. Recently SOME not all of the people working are not friendly. I went to Tan and I couldn't because I didn't have my photo ID as the computers were down. I tan after working out , I never take my purse so how am I supposed to know I need my ID. Secondly the girls that work there all know who I am . I get seeing an ID if they don't know the person, but come on they know me and the nice girls actually talk to me.
