We bought a fiberglass pool in October of 2020 and received it in April 2021. When we received it our salt water system was on back order. We were not told this in advance. We had to continually shock the pool and wait for two months on that. We were also never given the skimmer faceplate and have called many times and here it is October and we still do not have it!! We dealt with Tom the whole time.
