We have lived there on a seasonal basis for four years. Our utility bills were almost 400 a months at times. We were scammed and paid double the monthly bills . No support from the BOD. Mismanaged. The office manager is nasty and rude. It's her way or no way. She had my 5th wheel towed and cost me 2000 to get it out of tow. For no other reason but retaliation.
