Sun-mark realtor Azam will Not give my security deposit back $1,700 it was for a rental that I never moved into and she said that I had to wait until she finds another renter this lady is twisted she stole my money and she's refusing to give back terrible professional she's not professional she does not know how to run a business do not rent from her or do not buy from her a bad place to rent or buy
I rented from this lunatic in 2015. I was going on deployment and needed to break my lease (which is legal) and she refused, saying she didn't care about the military and she'll take me to court if I don't pay. I was leaving on very short notice so i couldn't go to court. Then harassed me via email when the house was abandoned for months. I think I paid about 4 months rent for a vacant house (over 5K total.)
