Ever since staff and management changed, this place has gone downhill. Rude office worker who won't try to help you. Pool not cleaned or open. Broken weight room for 3 years now. Neighbor used binoculars to spy through window and nothing was down about it. Over charged and expensive. We moved out as soon as we could. Used to be amazing 3 years ago. Now it's falling apart.
Owed money to them after moving out, paid what we owed in the time frame given, and they still sent my stuff to collections.... They also cashed a check I left for rent 2 weeks in advance knowing it was for rent leaving me and my husband with no money while visiting our family in another state and there was "nothing" they could do about it. Please be beware!!!!
Out of all the apartments this is the only one where the staff was willing to help me and go step by step to own the apartment I'm in.! I love it here! And the maintaince will help you in anything!
