RecommendedIt’s a nice place and everybody seemed so kind. Haven’t had any issues or complaints. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a “feel at home” place. Super cozy and spacious and the best part is the gym being open 24/7. I love it !
Been here for about 3 months and its constant issues. Water is always being shut off, hot water hardly ever works, apartments are opened without notifying the tenant which feels like a huge violation of privacy. Renting here is definitely something my husband and I regret.
It’s a nice place to live. The ladies at the office are very helpful and friendly. Very happy and pleased with the service. Vanessa always helps me with my request and makes sure everything in my apartment is perfect. Definitely recommend the community I have lived here for 5 years and I’m very happy in my apartment.
Nicely located, great property. Great staff, Stephanie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything in the apartment was newly renovated and clean, Great place and good price.

This place is complete garbage. You have to at least 5 times to have one issue fixed or you’ll wait for months. Window in bedroom leaks every time it rains since July 2018 I am about to move out and still not fixed. Took almost 6 months to get working hot water. Maintenance lies and says they’ve completed a work order when they’ve never stopped by and I worked from home so I knew for a fact. NEVER rent here. So unprofessional.

If there's one apartment you should avoid it would be these. Worst experience ever. I don't think I ever hated somewhere I lived as much as these apartments. When I moved in my carpet was used, stained, and old. My stove was so old had black stains on it. The dishwasher was broken mold and black gods know whgat was coming out of there. Yes I reported everything. Of course nothing got fixed. Maintenance there are the worst they take forever to come fix things literally weeks. These people are thieves ! They charged my deposit for repainting the walls (including the actual paint) even though they destroyed them as they replaced the carpet with vynil. Also, ALL the clerks lack major customer service skills. The property manager is the only person you can actually talk to. I dont think you want to be calling for the manager every single time you need help. And last, they kept a discrepancy on my balance for months ! What kind of customer service is that ?!?
