Waited half an hour for a salesman to offer any help, I was the only one in the store. You guys are pitiful.
I will not be doing busines with this fly by nite operation again.
Customer service is a shadow of what it previously had been. Inflated prices and three weeks to get tune up. One month to get title work done correctly. Bought up most of the motorcycle dealerships in Iowa City. Smells like monopoly. Seems like they kept only 1 mechanic who is off on Mondays and doesn't get in until 9 am.
Excellent staff and wonderful to deal with for all of your Motorsports needs.
Blew my Goldwing tire out near Iowa City. Thanks to Sun & Fun Motorsports from Iowa City for coming to our rescue. We were back on the road within 3 hours of giving them a call. Love the shop, display room and the people. I'm willing to drive a couple of hours for great service. They'll see me again.
