RecommendedGreat services good people
Had a flat halfway between Omaha and Chicago, called staff admittedly in a hurry and possibly rude. Despite my haste they were beyond friendly and got me going asap. By the end of the repair the entire staff knew me so I only assume I was the donkey of the day for the shop. However, very much appreciate the assistance. Good dudes.

Went to sun and fun today after my bike broke the chain. I had the bike towed in and Jarred and the guys got my bike in the shop and had it fixed and got me on the road again. It took and hour and 15 min, and they charged me for 145 min of work. My bike rode great after that. I would recommend them to others. Thanks alot guys I will be back to get the other work done.
Parts department lacks in customer support and void of friendly service. Not knowledgeable. They ordered wrong part originally then would not take the original seal back without the original packaging, a 2” x 3” plastic Ziploc bag... had my receipt. Have done business with them for 30 yrs... no more, at least with parts dept. My advice... buy online... much better odds of getting the right part and returns are a cinch.
