We are really sorry about your ATV. Finding out that the machine you just bought from a private party has a blown motor is understandably not the diagnosis you were probably looking for when you brought it in. In the end though, hopefully knowing is better than not knowing as it prevented you from pouring more money into the machine.
Took my motorcycle in for a flat in my front tire. Was coming from the valve stem which I knew. I had them pick up my bike using their trailer because I was in town (which is really nice). Everything went fine and after I paid for my service they brought my bike out so I could take it home. I happened to notice that my rear cowl, which covers the rear seat so it looks better, wasnt on there — which it was on there when I took it in. I Purchased my first BMW motor cycle from a third-party and found soon after that it had a rare clutch problem. Sun and Fun Got my bike in the very next day. They not only fixed the original problem but they also detected another problem that I didn’t know about. They helped me work with the BMW rep to find a solution. The technicians are highly competent and well trained. And the service manager is very easy to work with and eager to please. I give service department Top scores!
Very efficient process from start to finish (initial email response to bike pick up and paperwork). Bottom line is the entire process was honest, fair, and professional! I traveled 200 miles each way to make this purchase and I’m glad I did. No gimmicks just good service. It’s refreshing to see a business that operates this way.
