I had Sun Diego Roofing do my flat/ peak roof, with a hot mop-rock application. Few companies are doing this sort of roof but this company still does. Edgar the owner evaluated the job, gave a terrific price for the work, and established a time line for the job. since i have solar panels his company also could remove and upon completion reattach the solar system. all of the specifics for the job were listed in the contract. we had two other companies give a bid, and they were so over the top expensive for just the roof exclu... read more
