It was great when we first started going. I loved Dr. Griffen and Dr. Major when she started. Eventually it became impossible to see Dr. Griffen and on our last visit they tried to perform a hearing test on my daughter who wouldn't do it but they STILL wrote in her chart that she did it and billed our insurance (and us for the portion unpaid by the insurance). No clue as to why they would write that in her chart when we have the well visit paper they gave us that says the hearing test "wasn't performed". It took calling them... read more
