5 Stars from start to finish, needed a custom drop screen for a high end build, called around but Scott was my favorite, being in construction I can tell quickly who knows their business. We just had the screen installed and couldn't be happier, great guy great install team, great service start to finish, dont hesitate to try them out
Worked with Scott at Sun Control Products to have an awning installed on my 3rd story balcony. Couldn’t be more happy with the entire process!! Scott came over and provided an estimate which was extremely fair and he even threw in a wind sensor for us paying in cash. I had an emergency awning situation where I needed my current awning (completely destroyed by some roofers last year) replaced before an event on the weekend. Amazing customer service and very professional installation of my 12 foot awning. Scott was easy to reach and very accommodating when I needed to change the fabric and hardware color after the order was placed. I ordered a manual crank awning and when the factory sent the motorized version by mistake, he gave me the motorized version at no additional cost. Highly recommended!
Scott and his installers, Francisco and Mario, did a wonderful job honoring a warranty repair job on our awning cover. They removed it, sent it for repair, and re-installed it in a timely manner and with great communication. It now looks and works better than ever.
