Scott and his installers, Francisco and Mario, did a wonderful job honoring a warranty repair job on our awning cover. They removed it, sent it for repair, and re-installed it in a timely manner and with great communication. It now looks and works better than ever.
Sun Control Products is the only company to call if you want or need a sunscreen. We have a west-facing deck with an ocean view, but the sun in the afternoon can be brutal. We were hesitant to put up a shade as we didn't really want to block out our view, but Scott brought several samples through which we could experience the effectiveness of the various materials. This company provides excellent service and very attentive to custoner needs. Scott, the owner, and his team went above and beyond to insure that our shade was repaired in order for us to keep our scheduled house tenting for termite control. Sun Control has provided excellent customer service for us on multiple occassions and truly cares about their customers i highly recomnend them you will not be dissapointed
We were researching to buy a large, 20’ retractable awning for our backyard patio. Scott from Suncontrol Products arranged to meet with us at his showroom to look at different hardware, fabric, and design options. He then came to our house to confirm measurements and installation details.
