Lot Rent has went up almost $50/month over the past 3 years. Rental properties are not kept up. Grass is long. Rental Houses are not kept up. Staff, in office, is very unfriendly.
parks are just hangouts for teens that have no hometraining but ethier than that its great
I'd say its too pricy. And I have to put up with some neighbors blasting their music. And if even a visitor here parks on the street if only for 20 mins they get a ticket if a cop drives around. Rediculous. There is no pool here either. And we are not supposed to even put a small one up. My mom had problems with them before. And the pot holes in the streets ugh. And they sited my grandpa because his deck needed painted. He's a handicap vet by the way. Been living here for many years and keeps up on his payments and his yard ... read more
Just pay your rent and everything is good. This place doesn't care about you or your concerns; just your money. Been here for over 5 years and want out now
When the workers plow the snow they fly down the road. Then certain residents get special treatment and get their driveways plowed.
the city of flat rock is very nice but the staff at country meadows are ridiculous, very degrading, play areas are run down and when "cleaned" still just a spot for teens to hang out not a place I'd take my children. Lot rent is ridiculously high for what is offered.
