too expensive lot rent for having no immenities for the residents
This place is not worth it. If you are considering moving here - don't!! Lot rent is very high! I'm not even sure why... they do nothing with the park to make it nicer. There are families moving here that don't watch their kids. The kids end up cutting through everyone's yard, pay no respect, tell you off if you say something to them. This place is trash. The park harasses you constantly and I'm always getting bills in the mail from them even though I pay my lot on time! I tend to think they are ripping residents off!
Just raising the rent every years is my only issue.
