Sun Coast did a full kitchen remodel for us and we are extremely happy with the final product. The cabinets are beautiful and the granite that arrived was better than any slabs we looked at when we chose the color we wanted. There were bumps along the road, but what kitchen remodel doesn't? Follow up customer service has been above expectations. Bottom line - we could not be happier with our new kitchen, and Sun Coast did a great job with it.

I too was annoyed at the canvasing, but now very happy that they came when they did. The crew that came to paint the house showed up on time. They asked about any special considerations, and then they got to work and did a SUPERIOR JOB. Lately, I am very skeptical because it seems everyone that I hire to come out to my money pit just wants to get it done as fast as possible and move on to the next job. The work that they did was great! We talked to the owner and were so impressed with their plan and quote, that we had them remodel the kitchen & bath and extend a two story room addition. The workmanship and quality was excellant. The new room additions were seamless. They were fast and did whatever it took to stay on schedule. I highly recommend them.

Was referred to this company by someone who worked for Anlin windows after doing an exhausting amount of product research. The windows are the best on the market and there's only a few carriers in San Diego. So...we took estimates from the companies who carry the window line and every other estimate started way too high(like $20,000 for 7 windows high) and went way to low for there not to be any foul play. This is the ONLY company that gave a fair price from the get go.

Being new to San Diego, Suncoast was a pleasant surprise when putting my new property through a full remodel. They basically stripped my 70's style townhouse down to the bare walls and moved forward on the modernization process. The end result is a brand new kitchen, 3 upgraded bathrooms, full texture/paint, hardwood floors throughout and building out closets that add to the functionality of my home. The investment I made with them will pay dividends whether I sell in the future or rent it out for years.

I needed windows and took the bait to have a salesperson come out and give me an estimate. The sales rep gave me about an hour very impressive review and demonstration of the Monte Verde windows convincing me, an ex engineer, of the quality of these windows. So I signed the contract on the spot based on my previous experience of having another large window recently installed and their discount for a quick decision.
