We recently got a new roof to our old house done by Sun Coast Remolelers and it couldn't be better. Those guys were professional, polite and hard working. They got the roof done with a timerly manner. After the work they cleaned everything and also our yard and the pool stayed clean. Even my picky husband climbed to the roof and said job well done. I would like to acknowledge and give thanks to Mark and Joe for there for their dedication and hard work. From the initial sales presentation to the completion of their work. I felt confident that they had my best interest at heart. They put me at ease and earned my trust. They guided me through the entire process, maintained good communication throughout the projects and followed through on their commitments.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for the excellent work ecently done at my home. This involved demolition and replacement of a large portion of the block wall rough iron fence in my back yard as well as extensive work done to all of the exterior wood on the house which is now beautifully finished with your trim coat. This was truly a team effort and the support I received from you , was nothing short of outstanding.
Badly in need of a roof during a difficult time Mark and the others representing Suncoast were great. We feel that they went above slandered customer service . They received many phone calls from us and they were there to hold our hand and guide us every step of the way. Our roof is beautiful and was professionally done from beginning to end. We truly can’t say enough about them it was truly a pleasure working with them all. Finally the end product of our 63 year old home looks absolutely beautiful. It is far better insulated than ever. We were extremely happy and 100% satisfied with the Tex-Cote Coolwall application that Suncoast Remodeling recently applied to our home. Their entire crew was incredible and professional at all times, and their meticulous and detailed prep work was exceptional and of the highest quality. They came out to our home to give us an estimate cost for removing wood siding from upstairs portion of the house to replace it with stucco. We agreed on the price. They came and brought over there crew they instructed there crew what had to be done. The sun rollers would have to be taken off carefully. When the stucco and the paint dried the sun rollers would have to be put back up. Great job they tried hard to maintain the shrubs and plants that were close to the house. When the roof leak was identified during the prep work, they brought in other workers to repair it and other minor repair needs. Additionally, we had one window with the broken crank that made it nonfunctional. Even thought it was pre-existing and the company had no responsibility to fix it, they went above and beyond by fixing it . One does not see that level of professionalism and service these days.
