They treat there employees like trash. The residents are treated the same way. I took their 6 week CNA program. I didnt learn as much as I should because of the length. My first day with my license they put me on the floor and said go at it. That day they taught me to wash residents with hand soap. I also witnessed **** twerking and shaking their butts for residents. Ive seen water thrown on the **** will flip them off to get them wound up. Their phone system is terrible. When my brother first arrived his phone never worked. Now he is on 2nd floor it has been very difficult to get a hold of him, not to mention going through this pandemic and not able to do window visits. At the previous rehab he had his own phone number. At this place the calls are answered 1st by the receptionist and then transferred to the nurses station, then the call is transferred to the patient. I arrive to this facility after receiving a fusion on my right foot leaving me on a no weight bearing status ( unable to walk without A wheelchair or crutches) When I arrived I was placed into what seemed to be a empty room that was not prepared I had asked for a wheelchair so I could use the bathroom or assistance to use the bathroom but I did not receive any assistance and I did not receive a wheelchair for about six hours after my arrival.I asked about dinner and did not receive any response nor did I receive any dinner t... read more

Multiple times when my grandmother was here after her stroke. My dad was there every single day to visit her and there were many many times that he or I came to visit and she was soaked in her own urine and even in her own feces. It was horrible. I am in nursing and I understand that they have a lot of patients but they need to be checking in way more often. Especially when the patient can't tell them they need them!
