Good sales person contacted me by phone.
Was trying to get a better price on the 2015 crewcab truck before i made the drive there . There was a few different trucks i was looking at different dealers told them i was going to buy one by the weekend they would not deal on the price of the truck said that's average price so i went else where a bought one they want to sell the truck at the end of month plenty of other trucks to buy I got a better deal

Nick, just because a vehicle is sold does not necessarily mean that it has been delivered to the customer. Once the customer takes physical possession of the car and the paperwork is completed, the office will process the deal and mark it sold in the system. After that it is fed to CarGurus and removed from both our website and CarGurus. Sometimes it might be weeks before a customer takes delivery of a sold vehicle, hence why vehicles will still appear on the website. Salesman, AJ was great.
I was looking for this particular color suburban and this was the only dealer that had one. I called to make sure it was still available before making the hour plus drive to Sun. After wasting more of my time they told me it was sold an half an hour before I got there. They could have called and told me, but they tried to bait and switch me. I have rarely deal with such a sleazy dealership.

If you remember you left before we even had the chance to offer to find another Suburban for you, so there was no "bait and switch". The salesperson you were dealing with was not aware that the vehicle you were interested in was sold while you were on your way to the dealership.
