I gave it one star because I had to for this system to accept my review. Stay away from this doctors office. I had an appointment at 10:00am and you would think that a doctor couldn't get to far behind by 10:00. This doctor can do it, I waited 2 hours before leaving. I wasted 1 hour waiting in the waiting room and another hour waiting in the exam room with anyone even checking on me or apologizing for the delay. Dr. Willis has seen me a dozen times, and I was always treated like a King. His staff is very nice and caring, and they all enjoy a good laugh, unlike allot of other offices that seem so uptight. I have have 2 toe nails removed, and have never had a complaint! I DO refer any & everyone to use this office.
