I have been doing that for all my adventures. My hips my wrist, my foot, back and now my knee. Lucky me, not all at the same time.
Wonderful staff and very friendly. Highly recommended by me.
My leg and knee are getting better. Actually can walk without a cane even. Still tire out but lasting longer on my feet. Even doing yard work. Miss the machines at the clinic and the helpful people that work there. If I was still allowed to go there by the doctor, it would feel like going to an elite gym.
