We love coming here. They're pretty punctual for the most part. I don't feel like the providers rush me either. They remember our names and are just awesome.
I love the doctors here and the nurses have never given me any issues. But the person who does referrals is not a nice person at all. She’s rude and seems like she doesn’t like her job. Gets frustrated when you call and ask questions to clarify. Would rather tell you what you did wrong and remind you than to just handle what the issue at hand is.
Absolutely LOVE Dr.Arscott she is amazing! Been with her since my son was born in 2022. However the experiences with the front desk and nurses are terrible when trying to get your sick child seen! It’s like they honestly do not care! I’d definitely recommend having a back up pediatrician because trying to get your sick child/children seen here is a terrible experience!
Dr. Easler is the best! We have a two month old and she’s been so re-assuring and has answered all of our questions fully.
