Easy same day appointments! Always clean! The best Pediatric office in Sumter! Only issue is sometimes you wait in the clinician room for 20-30 minutes, but it's so worth the wait for the amazing care our children receive! No clinic is perfect! So, if we have to wait a little for amazing care, why would we ever say it is bad!?!?! We've been going here for 14 years now! It's hard to believe! Wait time is longer than normal with our last few recent visits. It's a challenge to get them to listen to the parents/child concerns and requests
They love to schedule you with a nurse, not a doctor, even when you ask for one. So multiple occasions we thought we were seeing an MD but it wasnt. 2x where our child was misdiagnosed by a nurse and then given completely different and more serious diagnosis by a doctor months later when we actually saw a doctor. So our child had to be in a situation that didnt improve for months because of a nurse guessing.
