They don’t like the unvaccinated! But I thought childcare was your business! Taking care of children! Not administering shots. They Cancelled my child’s appointment without letting me know!! The clinic is the worst when it comes to respect and hospitality! They truly act like THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY AND THEN CHILDREN!! I say they are an okay experience just wish they took mental health conditions more seriously even when the person doesn’t look like they have a disability. Btw staff needs to sound more enthusiastic & not snappy like, in person & on the phone.
Dr. Easler is amazing! We've been going to her since my daughter was born 4 years ago. Everyone else that works there is honestly sub par. There is always a problem with the staff. No one cares about the patients except for the doctors. Having a sick child is stressful enough, you don't need attitude from the nurses. Well visits are great here, but if you have a sick kid, I'd have a back up pediatrician on standby.
My son has seen Dr. Grier, Dr. Clinton & Dr. James and I love them ALL. They are all wonderful Doctors and make you feel so welcomed and makes me feel like my baby is loved. The nurses are always nice but I do like some more than others!
