The staff is very friendly and recognized us by name within the first month. Our unit was remodeled just before we moved in so it looks like a brand new apartment. The one bedrooms are 728 sq ft but don't feel small because of their open layout, lots of closet space, and a free storage unit in the building. There is a laundry room on every floor, plenty of parking, and they have one of the most reasonable pet fees in the area.
The company that manages the apartments are really mean. The manager is not friendly at all. I am glad we get to move to our new home and don't have to deal with landlords anymore. I won't recommend no body to live there. During summers we got ants in our kitchen and until they sent a fumigator that's when most of them were gone, but there were still some that disappear until winter.
With a great staff, Dad and I have been here over 7 years...he wouldn't stay if it wasn't the best
