Not serving Sushi at a sushi restaurant.. first time ever trying to order and will not come back from rude lady on phone.

I have been coming to this establishment for years all for them to mess up one order and basically tell me there was a communication problem and there wasn’t anything the could do to fix it!! Not pleased at all the manager was very rude and talked to me as if my money didn’t matter!! I hate to say it but I have to find another restaurant to enjoy from this point on!! So unsatisfied with this experience!

We went for dinner 5/31/19 as we we're ordering a roach came running across the hibachi table and my husband's arm.
The whole experience was relaxing and the waiter is excellent, attentive and patient. The food is good and came out quickly.
Delicious sushi and hibachi with great service!
