My wife and I purchased a Wind River travel trailer from Sumner RV. This is our second trailer upgrading from a Forest River R-pod. When we decided to upgrade we looked at several trailers which took us to most of the dealerships between Fife and Kent. We are buying Arctic Fox Trailer and are totally happy. Went to the RV show and Scott was the only sales person that would take time with us. He's very informative and takes time with us. Everyone there seems very honest and not pushy at all. Justin putting in a new hitch and very happy with him. We also talked with Kristine and we were happy with her too. We would use this company again. Thanks to them we'll be going on Happy Trails soon :)
I can't speak for the service department, but the sales department treated us very well. We attempted to work with our local dealer in Spokane. Holy smoke, we felt like we interrupted them during the Super Bowl in double overtime! I contacted Sean at Sumner RV Center via email and in no time at all, he gave me a fair price for my trade. My wife and I are from California, and we were looking for an outdoors RV Blackrock 17B trailer with the 1/2 year change . There were none in California, so we began looking out of state. I had a great experience at Sumner Rv. My family was leaving town, and we started to have brake problem. We stopped by hoping they might be able to help so we could continue on our trip. The service department pulled our truck and trailer in to there service department and had it ready to go in no time.
Everyone at Sumner RV was helpful and knowledgable! Our purchase went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new fifth wheel. We enjoyed working with Scott and the rest of the group!
If you want to buy an RV go here. The owner was very friendly and it was nice to see someone who owns their business actually running it. The office staff is really awesome too, Heather is a doll. And their parts people and mechanics are very knowledgable. We had a walk through with one of the mechanics and it took us about two hours but he was very patient and informative. Being a first time RVer is scary but I know we can call them if we ever need anything.
We were referred by a friend and I just got to say: Wow, small, family owned businesses are not dead. And neither is customer service. We had a couple of issues that we needed fixed right away, and everyone was very kind and helpful. After going to other dealerships for a couple of years, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of Sumner RV. We didn't feel like a number, and they were very fair about pricing and the labor it took to fix our RV. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Sumner Rv is the place I will always get my service work done, Not only that but I would send my family, they are fair, and they took good care of me.
