Well have had nothing but poor service and bad luck with these people. Bought my fifth wheel last October. It has had problems since the day they delivered it. I battled with the Poulsbo location where I bought it because of many issues to include no heat, flooding from pipes that were not connected and the smell of propane inside. I had to pay $250 to have it taken to Sumner because "the issue I am having is way above the mechanics abilities in Poulsbo". I made them a video outlining each issue. Sumner seemed to find that perfect spot in the middle, giving you all the help you wanted without feeling pushy and aggressive. I would never buy from another dealership!!! EVER!
I thought they did just fine would love to get a new one in a few think we might switch to 5th wheel I suggest to all who are frustrated is to read your owners manual

This Place is Amazing Bought a Trailer and The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly to me and their Dog is very friendly and a great family there. They try to get things done as quick as possible and are very flexible with their deals! If you are looking for a good trailer or some good parts this is the place to go.
