We have had nothing but good experiences with Sumner RV....from the people in the sales office to the service department. We have had a few issues with our 5th wheel and Justin has bent over backwards to get things fixed so we could get back on the road. I would hesitate to go anywhere else to purchase an RV.
The gentleman who set up the rv in a park did a great job. He couldn't have been more helpful .

The preowned store will go out of there way to help you. I am in my 2nd jeep the frost one did not come from the preowned store. And I did not have a good time and the jeep was a lemon. But the jeep store changed my mind I am happy with my jeep now and would recommend the preowned store to anyone who is looking for a jeep. I will only by from the guys at the preowned store.
My husband and I had looked at hundreds of rvs during our search and spoke with many dealerships. I felt that all of the other dealerships were at one extreme or another, either so pushy they didn't give you room to breathe or so passive that you couldn't get any help if you wanted it whereas Sumner seemed to find that perfect spot in the middle, giving you all the help you wanted without feeling pushy and aggressive. I would never buy from another dealership!!! EVER!
