The Sumners are professional and prompt, but also very laid back. They were responsive and accommodating, willing to work with what we truly wanted. Their hard work shows in all the little details and we couldn’t be happier about how our house turned out. Would absolutely recommend and can’t thank them enough for everything. Great, quality work.
We are extremely happy with the home that Max and Jesse built for us. From the beginning they took our ideas and made them reality. They were easy to work with and responsive to our questions. Even when we ran into water problems on our lot, they provided options to remedy the situation and help us get water to our beautiful house. We are beyond happy with the house Max and Jesse built for us! This was our first time going through the building process and they made the process from beginning to end very easy. We had complete confidence in them and were very easy to work with. Max walked our lot with us to see if it would work with the house and Jesse sent us occasional pictures of what they were working on. It was great to have that personal touch with our builder!
