I wish I could give this place a zero this place is a joke I would not even put an animal in this place they like to you from the very beginning just to get you in there they treat you worse than a dog there is no professionalism whatsoever all they want is what insurance or the government will pay they do things that are totally against the law this place needs to be shut down immediately and I do mean immediately please people whatever you do do not let your loved one go here once they have you in there they think they hav... read more

RUN as far away from here as you can go! This facility has proven to be ineffective in treating my loved one, not only ineffective but detrimental! Voluntary admission is a ruse and you will be threatened with your loved one being a 1013, which is an INVOLUNTARY status, if you wish to discharge. I was threatened, then ignored, then finally " spoken to" by a lady with claw length nails in the most condescending tone one could imagine. I voluntarily enrolled myself in this hospital after experiencing some hardships that could mentally leave one distraught. This place and the staff worked together to help me recover and while recovering I met amazing people and participated in great activities every day. The majority of the staff had great hospitality. The night shift was immaculate, the day shift was very busy and the supervisors showed great leadership skills. My experience here was very beneficial to my life and it also saved my life. I was an inpatient plus rec'd ECT here. Dr. Gunawardhana and staff Glenda and Charisse provided outstanding service. The treatment was successful. The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made my experience comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SR to a close friend or family member.
