I went in early March and asked the receptionist if they took my insurance for urgent care. At the time, there was no one else in the waiting room. She was not looking at me and said that they took my insurance. I know the cost of ER vs Urgent Care so I wanted to make sure before I was seen. I went through the process, the prescribing Dr did not come into my room. I took my medicines, they did the job and I was happy until the insurance statement came in. It actually was an ER charge. They do the same thing as urgent care bu... read more

I recently had anterior hip replacement surgery by Dr. Monti Khatod and his Care Team at Kaiser West Los Angeles. I can't say enough how happy I am with the care I received at the hospital and in the weeks following the surgery. Dr. Khatod, the other doctors, nurses, and staff were all professional, caring and kind. I feel lucky and I am so grateful to Dr. Khatod and his team for the wonderful work they do.

I can’t tell you the frustration over the last few days with Southeastern Spine staff. It appeared one person or Dept didn’t know what the other one was doing total lack of communication and coordination. I have been there in the past with Dr. Noble being my doctor and until Novant health took over. There were no problems. I was scheduled for a 9:45 AM today and was cold yesterday by three different people who had no idea. The other person had called me and told I was now scheduled for 1:45 PM finally with my correct doctor ... read more

The most unfriendly, antisocial, absolutely worst bedside manner by far I've ever experienced from a real doctor. No smile, no manners whatsoever. If you want to feel like you're completely unimportant and in fact unwelcome. It's doctors with this level of arrogance that should not be doctors at all.

Dr. Tony Wanich and his entire team (Emily, his PA, and Eric at Ivy Rehab) are first rate. Dr. Wanich's quiet confidence in his ability to fix the full thickness tear of my rotator cuff after dislocating my shoulder x-c skiing was fully supported by his performance. I am 68 years old. My surgery was 1 year ago today. I have returned to my normal activities (x-c skiing, downhill skiing, hiking with poles, working out with my personal trainer - including weights - and biking) and looking forward to kayaking and sailing thi... read more

it is truly unfortunate that I am having to write this review, it was never my intention to , however after receiving a letter dated 3/25 stating you have made multiple attempts to contact us and it was CC to his primary. This suggesting that we are the issue!  Shame on you Gastro Health! We came to you back in early February due to my husbands stomach pain and weight loss, with. Trust and hope we believed you cared! The dr we saw wanted a STAT ct to confirm that a hernia was not. In. The way of a colonoscopy that was most n... read more

Dirty hospital, with sub par care for my father, and the nurses are generally mediocre and have no bedside manner at all. All of the ointments for my father were in the room for billing purposes only...they were never opened or used on my father. The oxygen hose insert for the nose fell to the floor and the nurse simply put it back on the bed instead of replacing it. Sure, let's place a dirty oxgyen hose back on the bed for a guy with pneumonia and dual infection. We didn't enjoy our stay or treatment. Take your ... read more

I just completed my second shoulder reconstruction surgery with Dr. Nelson. My first surgery was a complete success after following a regimented PT protocol for many weeks. I'm confident that my second surgery (on other shoulder) will be just as successful. Terrific staff and wonderful experience considering the circumstances. I couldn't recommend any higher.
