This company started working on my neighbors house at 6:20am, waking up my family. There are no excuses for this. If you want to piss off all your neighbors, use this company.
Summit View replaced our roof in 2017 due to a hail storm - the experience was pretty good, other than a permit not being pulled at the time of the replacement (but that was taken care of later on). The frustrating part is we are now experiencing a leak in the roof and have reached out to them via e-mail and phone multiple times and simply cannot get a response at all. This may or may not be covered under their warranty, but it'd be nice to at least have them look at it.
RecommendedThis was my first time going through a bad hail storm and having to file a claim. If that wasn't stressful enough, my husband was out of the state. I called Summit Roofing. Jake (owner) returned my call right away and came out the same day to temporarily patch up the holes on the roof. He finished the job in a timely manner. I was very pleased to have found Matt at Summit. I worked with him in the summer of 2016 for a large hail storm and had no issues. Matt was outstanding to work with and very quick with follow up. The work was started and completed when promised and all necessary permits obtained. I liked their services so much I used them again this year (fall-2017). They provided outstanding customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them for any roofing needs. –Richard & Barbara
My insurance agent (AllState) recommended I call Summit View Roofing for the hail damage my roof sustained from the May 2017 storms. I had a bumpy start with the estimator, but was able to easily get connected with the owner Jake who made this cumbersome and unpleasant project an absolute joy to go through. We had a short timeframe to complete the roof on the rental we were putting up for sale. Summit View managed to squeeze our job in, deal with the Colorado weather changes and anticipate incoming weather to make this scheduling nightmare happen for us.
