They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? MOST UNFRIENDLY DOCTOR THAT I HAVE EVER MET.They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
