Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I started seeing this doctor over a year ago and have never been so mistreated by a doctor and staff. Their front/desk and reception, billing and clinical team were rude and unprofessional. My original problem was never resolved and unnecessary and unhelpful tests were ordered. At one point I found I was pregnant and having a difficult time with the pregnancy, the nurse in the lab said to use an ICD9 code of "exposure to sperm" and laughed with the rest of the staff. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat
