This review is my personal opinion based on my experiences with Dr. Potter. Dr. Potter is a very nice man, but he has made my life unlivable. I went to see him thinking that my GI symptoms might be based in an endocrine problem. He put me on a Thyroid medication even though all the tests said my thyroid function was fine. After a few days of taking the meds, I started experiencing terrible headaches, fogginess, forgetfulness, difficulty focusing, and constant pressure. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I do have to wait for a while occasionally but I know this becuase he likes to spent quality time with is patients so when its my turn I can appreciate that. Dr Potter listened to me and did not dismiss my symptoms as something that they werent. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I am able to get in for an appointment when i need to.
They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. I love that they are always punctual. I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen.
Dr. Potter is caring and never makes you feel rushed during an appointment. He is thorough and offers education on his observations. Further, he does not dismiss patient complaints or jump to conclusions. I value him as my physician.
