I started seeing this doctor over a year ago and have never been so mistreated by a doctor and staff. Their front/desk and reception, billing and clinical team were rude and unprofessional. My original problem was never resolved and unnecessary and unhelpful tests were ordered. At one point I found I was pregnant and having a difficult time with the pregnancy, the nurse in the lab said to use an ICD9 code of "exposure to sperm" and laughed with the rest of the staff.
