I cannot begin to thank everyone that helped me this past Sunday. The worse time for an accident because I had people coming to my house at 4. Everyone from check in, RN at triage, the RN s that took care of my hand, I believe Joe from another department, X-ray and finally my er doctor were better than 100%. They were kind, helpful, caring and worked to get me out in a timely fashion which they did. I always choose Waynesboro Hospital if I can and have never been disappointed and this time did not disappoint. Thank you from ... read more

Don’t expect to get help quickly. You can talk to an on call doctor who is kind and orders treatment for you, just to be told when you call in the next day to question/schedule that you are a liar and can’t have an issue because you’ve been following up with a PCP instead of this office (WHEN THATS WHAT THEY TOLD YOU TO) they refuse to help. EVEN THOUGH they have notes from the doctor describing your entire experience. Such a freaking joke this place. Go spend your money elsewhere , that’s all they seem to care about.

This is a comment written by one of your employees. Does Ephrata Wellspan endorse this ideology? Very disconcerting to know you have racist healthcare workers who have POC lives in their hands.

It's a hit and miss here like any other hospital. Depends on who you get. I have had rude and I have had the sweetest people. I have had some that make you feel your just annoying, and others that take time out to see how and what you are are feeling. Just depends on the person. I have some that totally understand or TRY to understand what I'm feeling and others that dont even look at you twice. Not every patient is the same. Not every Dr or Nurse is the same. But patients dont ask to be patients. That right there is a diffe... read more
