Poor customer service. Both women whom were at the desk ignored me. One stayed on her phone the entire time, while summer seemed like I was a headache. Women at the front desk needs better customer service skills.
I had a really bad experience on the 22nd when I came in there and my script was not correct. It was hot in the room miserable taking two hours. Then I called back the next day and it takes me 48 hours and finally I get told oh no you have to come back in to get your new script since the other one was done incorrectly so not once it took me two office visits to get in there and get my script. And then the doctor says he was very sorry three or four times apologizing for the other doctor that made the big mistake
They are helping me very much
We are still trying to find a solution for my back pain but the doctors are informative and caring
People are very kind,understanding, want to do the best for you. They will go out of their way to help you
