Truly terrible customer service. They seem to actively work at convincing you they do not care about you.
My sleep study was fine and I would give the attendant 5 stars, my frustration and very poor review is due to the following facts: 1) I was asked to schedule a follow-up as soon as possible to receive my results, making me believe they had found something wrong; 2) I drove 30 minutes through a storm in order to get to my appointment on time; 3) I spent LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WITH THE NURSE, NOT THE DOCTOR, telling me my results were fine, that there was NOTHING that would indicate I need a CPAP; 4) I WAS THEN CHARGED A $30.00 C... read more
