We have been pleased to rent from Summit since 2015. Karen has a heart to help people and is extremely fair-minded and transparent with renters. Karen's willingness to work with our family is greatly appreciated. We have absolutely no complaints, only good things to say about our experience with Summit.

Karen does well by tenants and property owners alike. She’s detail-oriented, punctual, and responsive. I’d recommend Summit to any other rental real estate owners in the Salem area.
I am so extremely disappointed with Karen. she was completely unprofessional by either ignoring my emails completely or not responding to me personally. she did not do a prompt walk thru or return the keys to our home when the tenants moved out. she waited for 5 days and did not take responsibilty to pay the prorated mortgage for the days we did not have access to our home. and then it took 2 weeks to get our mailbox keys. I am so disappointed and would never recommend working with her.

Karen is an awesome landlord! Always super understanding and even there if you just need to vent. She tries her hardest to work with everyone and always makes sure her tenets are happy. She checks the properties on a regular basis as well to make sure they stay safe and nice looking :)
