Do not come to this place for care. I became employed and had private insurance. I gave them my insurance info when it became active. I had appointments in May and November of 2024. Summer 2025 I get a bill in the mail. I call and call and call and finally tell the receptionist I need billing to call me as they just kept sending me bills. Billing calls and takes my insurance info over the phone. Month later, still getting bills. I send a copy of the insurance card my email. No response on the claim. I kept getting bills. My first time in the office and was not disappointed. I was taken back at my appointment time, the waiting room is lovely. Very comfortable and feels more like a family room than doctors office. I’ve been with them for over a year now, mostly telehealth and highly recommend
BUYER/PATIENT BEWARE: Terrible, the reviews on here are accurate and true. Just awful experience and don't wish it on anyone else. Find another provider. Staff and Amanda Lind are awful. Staff just on repeat like a recording in person, perhaps reading from a script. Staff refused for me to see Lind due to some bureaucratic issue, when all documentation was provided prior to visit. I have been seeing Amanda Lind at Summit Psychological Services for over 2 years now and I have had an amazing experience. She has been nothing but helpful with my medications and she genuinely cares about my health and wellbeing. I have recommended her to family and friends as well, because she will do what is best for you.
I had my usual 6 month appointment and it left me feeling disappointed AGAIN. They never respond to your calls and what is supposed to be a 30 min appt was 6. I had a bad episode where I had to contact the crisis line and was struggling horribly with self-harm and suicidal thoughts. I shared this today and it was glazed over. I had so much more to share but felt as if it wasn't important. It is sad that a place who is supposed to help your mental health doesn't show any care for it.
