Been in contact for 8 months and still don’t have an appointment. When my appointment was finally scheduled, the previous patient’s session went over by 45 minutes and was still going when I had to leave. The office apologized and said I would not be billed (not a nice surprise when I received a bill anyway). And no one has contacted me to reschedule. I'll just bullet point all my problems here: -keep on mind that we are in need of help- *Getting an initial appointment and the process it takes including 100+ pages of paperwork *You CANNOT call back to check on status. I found out that the call receivers are in states far afk away not near the office and they know NOTHING *Misdirection- telling me just get the urine and I'll call your script in. They will never get back to u. They lie and make up stories. They mess med refills up regularly. If u actually want help stay away! Twice they put me on meds that had severe side effects!
Wish I had more to say but this office canceled my child’s intake appointment without my knowledge, the morning we showed up. told me they’d call to reschedule it, and never have. All the paperwork I did, child missing school, gas, etc. for nothing. If this is their customer service I can’t imagine what their clinical staff is like.
Summit has been managing my family's mental health for years now and I am beyond grateful for the care we have received. I have seen many different therapists and psychiatrists over the years and know how difficult it can be to find the right provider. Summit is that provider for us. I hope none of our doctors or therapists leave anytime soon because we appreciate them so much!
