We had an excellent experience with this company! Quick maintenance response. Very friendly and customer oriented atmosphere. Its a great rate for such a spacious place! If you're looking for a place to stay choose summit!
We have had a GREAT experience leasing with Summit Property Management. We love our W Cedar Circle apartment - it is beautiful, clean, and very quiet! We have had no complaints with this apartment. Misty and her team have been great contacts - attentive and professional. Misty was AWESOME when it came time for us to move out (relocated out of state for work or else we would not have moved!) Misty was super helpful and accommodating to our moving schedule. Her flexibility allowed us to have a 100% stress free move!
Overpriced and charge you for the dumbest shit when you move out...management is rude and I will advise nobody to reside in any of their properties...
