RecommendedI've lived here over 8 years. Whenever there is a problem, they take care of it. Misty is a terrific manager making sure her tenants are happy with their homes. I highly suggest renting from Summit!

Melissa has been nothing more than a slum lord that collects money from people but doesn’t fix anything. I would stay away from anything they are associated with. She’s rude on the phone and doesn’t update you on anything. I have NOTHING good to say about her or Summit.
Melissa has been amazing. She worked with us on some stuff that was out of her control and fixed the problems of a company that they had purchased. She stayed in communication and walked us through everything. THANK YOU AND SUMMIT PROPERTIES!!!!
I love living in a Summit property. I lived in a Lindsey property before and they were one of the worst companies I have ever rented from. Lindsey is not personal they don't care about you or your family on the other hand Summit properties have been amazing they have taken care of any maintenance problems which we have only had 2 small ones and they fixed them immediately. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Summit property to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
I have leased from Summit Property since August 2016! My first encounter with Misty was great and it's always the same! The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to help me! I would recommend Summit Properties if you are looking to move!
