I had heard about Summit Point through some friends and after scheduling, they were able to come take a look the next day. Summit Point did a thorough inspection for me on the roof, flashing, attic. They gave me advice on the roof status and how long it might last while avoiding "mechanic" talk on all the small things that might be wrong.
