I've been at Summit Plaza for almost 3 years and my son and I love it. Management has done a lot of remodeling to each building and makes sure that everything is up to par. Of course everyone won't be happy with everything but for me n mine we are happy ☺️
I am grateful and satisfied with the great work they do for the tenants, and the kindness of the maintenance people.
it feels like any time you have a concern and turn to the management office, they respond with attitude or as if you’re bothering them from talking with coworkers in the back office. they need to either hire professionals or train their current employees to become professionals. all the attitude isn’t necessarily from any of you ladies, expect for Esther! if i had access to their higher ups, id contact them immediately to advise them on getting a whole new team.
