Amazing! The entire staff at Summit Place Kia was amazing. I came into the dealership distraught, and drove home blissful and safe. David Lee ensured all my needs were met. The entire team stayed late to just to make sure I was able to drive home with a brand new car. Kudos to Summit Place KIA for such great customer service. Great experience working with Bryan The lease was almost up on our Kia Sportage so we decided to stop in at Summit Place Kia to check out what was available. Lost hesitancy I was hesitant to try Kia in my search for a used vehicle. Upon contacting the dealership I was put in the very capable hands of Erica. She did an excellent job helping me warm up to the brand and explaining all of the great features Kia has to offer. She was quick to find me a vehicle that fit my needs at the price point I was looking for. The process was quick and painless and now I am driving my first Kia.
Amazing I was hesitant on getting a new car, but I went in and talked to Brian carton at summit place kia in Auburn hills Michigan and he is well informed and up to date on all the vehicles on the lot he got me the exact car trim and color I wanted and he got me approved and out the door with a low payment, and Brian carlton was quick. He got us in and out in around 2.5 hours witch is quick for a car dealership. Very pleased with the whole experience at summit place kia

McGuire new car & old car serviced My 2019 Kia purchase experience was awesome mostly because of David. He is very personable & seems genuine in his approach. The vehicle maintenance for my 2016 Kia was done great. The process was quick, Mike and the service team were very responsive.
