Amazing experience Never seen a guy bust his vutt so hard to find me the right car for the right price. Sometimes patience is better than rushing to get what you want. It didn't happen the first day. But my new soul I'm driving is a perfect fit for me and sets me right for the future.

Excellent Experience! A few weeks ago, I bought a new Kia Sorento from Summit Place Kia. The service from all employees was excellent, especially from Erica Cross. She was friendly, patient, and helped me to get the family car that I wanted! Very easy process overall, I would highly recommend.
John chambers! Omg, so I came in having never bought a car at a dealership before and I was so nervous because I had been turned down so many other times. This was my last stop before I gave up. Our First Kia Buying a car can be time consuming and stressful. Our CSR made the experience pleasant. He offered beverages and snacks. We had our 6 year old with us, which can be very stressful. He kept us well informed, when time seemed to drag. The key to a pleasant shopping experience is to be treated with kindness, kept well informed and patient. Our CSR did a top notch job. We would definitely be repeat customers.
