Shortly after moving in, my roommate and I suffered from a cockroach infestation because of unclean neighbors. I'm happy to say the property resolved the cockroach issue, but not after having the manager blaming us for bringing them in even though the pest control company and property maintenance both told us it was coming from the neighbors apartment. I was really onboard when I first moved in a few months ago. But since then my roommate and I have suffered from a cockroach infestation because of unclean neighbors, we can never find a second parking space because cars park without the permit and there's always threats of people being towed, but it never happens. And the trash area is a mess and piles up to the point you can't dispose of trash and you're expected to keep it in your apartment.
