I was really onboard when I first moved in a few months ago. But since then my roommate and I have suffered from a cockroach infestation because of unclean neighbors, we can never find a second parking space because cars park without the permit and there's always threats of people being towed, but it never happens. And the trash area is a mess and piles up to the point you can't dispose of trash and you're expected to keep it in your apartment.
