I was really onboard when I first moved in a few months ago. But since then my roommate and I have suffered from a cockroach infestation because of unclean neighbors, we can never find a second parking space because cars park without the permit and there's always threats of people being towed, but it never happens. And the trash area is a mess and piles up to the point you can't dispose of trash and you're expected to keep it in your apartment. Had a leak in my ceiling and the maintenance staff quickly and professionally repaired the issue. I was so grateful
Everyone (from the front staff to the maintenance and neighbors) is friendly. This place is clean and quiet. I enjoy living here
