Dr. Green’s assistant injected my right shoulder with Cortisone which caused severe pain and detached my right bicep muscles. Consequently, all of my other muscles in my right shoulder and arm are starting to atrophy!! I saw Dr. Green about it and complained to his staff but his staff didn’t want to hear anything I had say and kept talking over me.
