Would simply prefer another Dr for my Eye exam, has an odd personality approach. Did not seem to respect my circumstance or listen to my concerns. Not sure why the price is so high when the office uses assistants to do the majority of the eye exam. Also there is a extra charge for new patients which is never explained but appears on your bill. Not sure what that might be , but their explanation was almost silly. Ask questions about what to expect and don't be disappoint as I was.

Found Dr Dash- Modi to be in a hurry and leaves most of the work to the assistant. Not a good listener as she seems to talk and tell you what she thinks you need to know. Would prefer another Dr.

Was very professional during exam. Explained what she was doing and why. Thoroughly explained her recommenced treatment including options and risks.

Seems professional but demonstrates a concrete approach to interactions and exam protocol. Show a tendency to talk more than listen and did not respond well to concerns express during exam. Was often distracted or too busy with other issues during exam. Moves in and out of exam room and bulk of exam process was handled by technical assistant. New patient orientation and process was minimal and it appears that staff expects you to understand their process rather than offer offer help and support.
