just moved in, absolutely love the environment, and the team who works here. the maintenance team are super friendly and sweet! and our property manager is the coolest chick!
Previously I gave a rating of 4 As of 2026 with Krystal and the staff: ⭐️ The customer service is lacking. In my opinion there needs to be more training on soft skills, respect of the residences homes, and implementation of solutions that work both for residents and the staff.
Visited this property a couple weekends ago and really enjoyed seeing the amenities and what they had to offer. The bedrooms are spacious and the staff was really nice. Made for a hard decision.
If I could give no stars I would. What a joke of a place. Don’t move here.
