New management and maintenance are not taking care of issues as they should. Apartment unit with water damage and mold in Building 7 that they have been “airing out” for weeks. Same thing for a unit in Building 10, literally black mold in the unit and an industrial fan blowing it everywhere. That’s how they take care of residents at this complex. Please follow the proper steps to report this as this is a health issue.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER STAYED. Lets start from the beginning of this hell hole. Upon move in my apartment was filled with roaches from the cabinets to the freezer and everything between. After cleaning the apartment once I moved in I came to find out my water heater doesn’t work!!! After making multiple complaints after 2 weeks of cold showers it finally got fixed. Great place to live! Awesome office staff, maintenance is always prompt and fixes any issues quickly plus it’s a beautiful complex with great people. The scenery is nice and lots of pretty wildlife! ☀️ Shoutout to Melissa in the office! She has gone above and beyond for the residents here and has been amazing☀️
Resident there for only a few months and my experience was horrible. I was towed even after having my vehicle registered with complex and the lease office were not the least helpful. Then they tried to charge me for missing items that were in the apartment if they bothered to look. Then the communication with the office is very touch and go with different people giving different information. Nice property terrible management.
