Don’t move here!! me n my husband asked maintenance could someone come out and get rid of the wasps. Told us to report to the office. We did and they told us we had to get rid of them on our own. They also towed a friend of ours car and it was registered and parked in VISITORS!! Maybe if they repaint the labels on the ground people can see where to park🤷‍♀️fyi they try to pin some damages that were already in the apartment on you. In the beginning it was nice here but after while it’s not worth it.

My honest opinion based on my experience was a 1 star the apt complex is very old/out dated office is polite but not always as helpful as you wish maintenance ppl the two Hispanics were always very nice and helpful the military bas close by is terrible because they would have the fighter jets fly above us early morning and afternoon and its so loud and annoying the streets leading into and inside of the atp complex is terrible all busted up and some big potholes terrible for the car now into the atps its very outdated the on... read more

This is a quiet, well-kept property with attentive management. Maintenance and billing matters are handled efficiently, and maintenance requests are straightforward, with quick response times. The community also hosts events that helps keep everyone more engaged!

Fees fees fees run! Management ain’t managing nothin but the calculator time you walk through the door. Avoid the headache while you can.
