For the record, Summit Nephrology Medical Group have very unprofessional company policies which prevent a patient changing their doctor from Summit Nephrology Medical Group to another doctor in the same company, including for reasons when the healthcare provider accepts a position with a different medical group, which is the experience of my mother. Summit Nephrology Medical Group refuses to let my mother have a female doctor and force her to have a male doctor after her female doctor got a job at a different medical center.
